One of the best organization where you can learn and enhance your skills. I like the work culture and the management.

As I was from the north region of the country, so I did not like the food provided by the canteen, they only serve the South Indian food. And I also didn't like the work pressure on the US festival, especially on the Black Friday and Christmas.

From the moments I engaged with the 2AdPro, I impressed by the professionalism and dedication exhibited by our team. The level of expertise and attention to details demonstrated throughout our collaboration was truly remarkable.

Regarding behaviour and attitude. Team leaders attitude create uncomfortable and toxic work environment. They are extending hours and assigning jobs after night shift. Designers were treated as machine and there was no humanity.

Work and learning opportunities. Certifications and advanced trainings. Streamlined processes and automation to a great extent

Dislikes

Out of order promotions and appraisals. Children of top Partners working in same firm and outside Deloitte preferred for promotions and highest awards and recognitions. Deloitte goes out of the way to promote females in order to maintain a healthy ratio in top management and keep it's image great while deserving folks are skittled away for less or given management gyan as to why they couldn't and they should strive harder. Healthy appraisals is also given to candidates who get after Partners' life and relentless in licking and storm up support. Candidates chided by clients officially on emails are also promoted the same year leading to doing of morale of hard working candidates. There are some people taking high salary for that company sold out in Covid period Hi, Deloitte, if seeing this review, Remove this people 1. Adarsh Kumar-Manager, 2. Malik, 3. Vinod -PL these form Bangalore team. From Chennai though out all top level people.
