Nice office infrastructure. Considerable hike and performance reviews. Provides free trainings for the employees. Free cab services for lower to medium level employees.

Dislikes

No work-life balance since I was working in rotational shifts. Hike and market corrections for older employees are not up to the mark when compared to new joiners. Getting promotions and moving internally is difficult.

Plz dont join, you will be asked to work like a dog, even though there will be weekends but you will be working 2 weekends day n night, so no work life balance, i am just suffering. Plz dont join
