Moreover great and caring HR policies like Comp offs for any extra of weekends if rarely needed. No one except after getting a special permission can make you work extra or on the weekends. Dislikes

A very small percent of projects taken up in waterfall model with unreasonable expectations from clients sometimes add to pressure on the development team working for them. Management tends to give in to the lure of getting project with unreasonable expectations which needs to be better handled with a firm resolve.
