Hello Mate, Thank you for your words, we deal in a lot of new products and with that, we provide opportunities to the employees to learn them and handle client environments as well. Our Managers are very passionate about their teammates, they want their teams to be in their best shape, by performance, mental well-being, and health-wise as well. Such dedication may come across as Micro-management. I wonder how come you missed Good-Bye Mails, every employee exiting has left their contact and connects to everyone so they can stay in touch afterward. I would like to mention, that we have boomerangs as well. People have joined us back after leaving this organisation. We do have goodbye mails, we do not like to see them but we do have the culture to bid a fair farewells.
