Everyone in avaso is chill no process is there no management. So you have leverage to do anything you want . Play pool full day , gossip with colleagues.

Dislikes

Salary structure. Appraisal, top management new hires , like vp's . Terrible hires by Sumeet and Ramesh thakur. Top hire VP's are good for nothing taking high salaries

It was a great organisation an year ago but since they hired the management from BPO, situation here is worse now. They think people working on ground level are their slavs. TL's thinks they own the company and says everything will be done according to their convenience.

You can ask for WFH (but have to provide artifacts). Only 0.60 casual leave provided and 1 sick leave for 1 month or else have to take Leave without pay.

1. Management is very poor. 2. HRs are not for your help but puppets of management. 3. Attendance tool is worst and if you miss then ask your manager to approve or you will be having Leave without pay. 4. Everyone is here to take credit of your hard work. 5. TL and manger will pressurize you untill you resign. 6. If you deny to workafter shift then you are traitor and they will put you in their favourite toy to play. 7.
