They handle projects end to end. So a single person learns everything from ETL to visualisation.

Dislikes

No employee engagement. Absolutely no training for jobs which are built in house. Terrible attitude of managers. In around 5 years they grew only to 30 people. Attrition is high despite good monetary rewards. You don't do what you're hired for. The atmosphere is like a school (bad one at that) Limited WFH. No team support- culture is unsupportive. No health insurance. Hilarious one- currently their washroom is shared with multiple offices and it's pathetic....Read More

Great place to learn and experiment with new technologies. Flexible work timings. Great set of people and colleagues.
