There are lots of dislikes in this Company Bad behavior of MD and CEO also, They are thinking they are only one person in this world who is paying salary, All time shouting on you unnecessary, They are hiring for one work and give all work personal work also. Worst timing 10hrs, No Holiday, Total 5 holiday in the year, if you take leave then salary cut, They are hiring for one company and will credit salary from another company, Think before joining or applying for job in this company....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
