It is a old economy manufacturing company into production of comodities like fertilisers. chemicals and PVC , the job security and work life balance is good but it is riddled with politics, groupism and bureucratic functioning. I will not recommend this company to young qualified person but training purposes may be served by working here for a short duration as their manufacturing processes,plant and technical personeel are good...Read More

It is a well reputed group with a long history and heritage, however it has not been able to expand and change accordingly to time and just carrying on with traditional businesses . Not much of expansion.

It is solid 100 year old company but did not move with time, their few diversifications like rural retailing and pbc windows have been miserable flops but they r moving on with their exsisting business somehow and making reasonable profot it is like working in a PSU

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
