Worst place to work in, no work life balance, no proper increment/appraisal/ promotion, no one is ready to hear employee issue/ grievances. Too much of politics and regionalism, company is not even providing basic facilities in office such as canteen or car/bike parking!!

No growth and learning for freshers joining with lot of hopes. Wasted 3 years of career with zero learning. Company doesn't care about your health and just want to punch time to bill clients under any circumstances. Seen 2 folks collapsing due to continous night shift pressure. Instead of calling ambulance guard took employee in auto rickshaw with no management response.

The work environment is too hectic, it's a target based job where we support 30 -40 clients and need to do 8 hours billing target. Multiple clients multiple access methods, requires to install too many authentication app on personal phone. Entire day goes in connecting disconnecting app and VPNs.

.there is no hope for tier 1 dbas. They are made to do work which even a school going child can do. Basically, no chance of learning anything. Tier 1s are made to do work like creating reminders, assigning tickets, and reminding tier2s to work on ticket and stuffs like that. So there is a lot of work but at the end u go home learning nothing new. Promotion takes years and even the increment is as good as no increment. There will be no social life once u join this company. The management is very bad. And they sack people without giving any warning or any valid reasons. There is no job security. There is a lot of politics going on in team. Most team manager doesn't prefer female employees in their team. They give you high hopes in terms of work environment, salary and the nature of your job, but once u spend a month here, you will realize that you have been cheated!....Read More

The company spends a lot of money on parties and team outings.

There is no security for job. They remove employees without giving even a day's notice! There is no scope of learning any new skills or improving Technical knowledge in this company. The L1 engineers suffer the most. You have to fetch your own food on weekends as there is no cafeteria available or else you have To order food. Despite repeated requests, no Assistance was given on this.
