I have joined there as a customer service associate but as per looking to my performance they have pramoted me to looking a new process and handling new process anf it was a Aus process (backend)

The company was barely able to manage the basics for its employee. From rest room to Cafeteria everything was ignored. No benefits and perks for employees were taken into consideration. Remuneration was very poor and expectations were very high.
