Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The work here is very peaceful, they give more opportunity for freshers and experienced also. Speaking about hike, they give lot of hike based on true performances. Work culture in the sense, they give much freedom to employees. Management always take care for each employees. Company policy is everyone should be loyal, true people will grow with company.

The only thing is little work pressure will be there otherwise the company rocks.
