No growth, no training/skill development No work-life balance. Working day and night Unplanned project activities and unrealistic deadlines Torture and disrespectful treatment by the arrogant head of office Felt like a school with a rude headmaster Poor office infrastructure. Even AC will not work. Have to use pedestal fans and work in hot & suffocating environment Canteen that stinks like gutter and handwash station that leaks water all throughout the year Have to beg for even toilet paper Very Very rude office head (a lady) HR who is helpless and pathetic Need I say more......?...Read More

All employees were having a good relationship in terms of team work and coordination for their task in every division, they are very cooperative when in comes to solving problems in every group of discipline. The company also offer a training and seminars to provide the employees with up to date technology regarding design process of the project. Dislikes

There is no proper orientation for the beginners in terms of where the place of each division and their organizational structure. In that way the new employee can easily revisit the place and have a record of the people in each division for coordination or inquiries.

Work Details

My work really entail a lot of coordination in each division for me to properly see to it that all my design is in accordance with right and correct interfacing with each required discipline Sometime I used to attend coordination meeting with the clients

Job security cannot expect because of current market.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues. Carrier growth is slow. Job training will not be provided for new employees. Lot of politics between and with in the team. Lot of partially vision by team leader with his team.
