Each and everything 1. You will be loaded with work so much that you won't be even time for going to washroom 2. No respect for work or employee 3. No Hr policies 4. Management feels that you are slave for work

Dar Engineering is a very good working culture, no issues in every matter & provide all facilities as per company policies. During COVID-19 allowed me to work from home facilities, so that I could made safe my family.

Dislikes

I don't think there is any difficulties or any thing to make me dislike about working.

Not bad. Through out the 5 years of Dar engineering life, only work load is getting increased. No increments and no benefit for family

Working day and night Unplanned project activities and unrealistic deadlines Torture and disrespectful treatment by the arrogant head of office Felt like a school with a rude headmaster Poor office infrastructure. Very bad company. I work here more than 1 year, increment for 2023 is given now only. Given 3% increment. After more than 1 year of hard work, long working hours, late night work, weekend work, I got 3%. Many partiality in increment. Please don't join in this company. I beg you.
