There is no proper orientation for the beginners in terms of where the place of each division and their organizational structure. In that way the new employee can easily revisit the place and have a record of the people in each division for coordination or inquiries.

My work really entail a lot of coordination in each division for me to properly see to it that all my design is in accordance with right and correct interfacing with each required discipline Sometime I used to attend coordination meeting with the clients

Luckily the company won a lot of big building projects although having a very limited experience to start with in 2010

Poor vision for employee growth, lack of trust, no team buy in, inability of managment to provide clear directions for day to day issues, no respect for employees no matter how long they serve the company, no respect for promises made to employees and many many other issues...in short not a recommended company to work for if other options are available
