If you're a open for learning new technologies and implement it, its best place, but if you're looking for pay and other benefits then drop it from your mind.

Dislikes

This is a good place for work life balance, but as per benefits you need to think twice. We've too many layers in this organization to manage work which is quite confusing and need to report work to multiple people. And, there is no transparency on the career ladder. Apart from that, we've good culture and more learning scope here.

How to Balance Career and Family?

I have 8 years of experience across customer service, digital marketing analytics, backend operations, and product management. I’m skilled in visualization tools, basic SQL, and Excel. Currently, I work as a Business Analyst for a product-based company, earning 25 LPA. Personally, I recently got married, and we’re expecting twins. As the only child, my parents, who live in Kolkata, are at an age where they need support and can't manage on their own. My wife has been promoted and moved to Bangalore, while I’m based in Hyderabad. I’ve also recently bought a house, and managing households across three cities is overwhelming. The constant travel is affecting my savings, and I’m struggling to find time to upskill. With responsibilities for my parents, growing family, and future savings, I feel lost and uncertain about my next career move. I’d appreciate any advice on balancing these priorities and ensuring financial stability for the future.
