1. If you have a "boss is always right" then this is the best company many people get promotions based on that. 2. People are very helpful because they know you have signed a bond. 3. Marketing team is amazing, because of that they have a good reputation at least on Instagram.

The list is long: 1. You have to sign a service bond on a legal court paper even if you're an experienced professional. 2. You have to complete 8 hrs in the office and if you missed it by 1-2 mins they'll mark half day. 3. After working for 8 hrs in the office they'll call you to do work at home and you can't say no to that. 4. Doesn't give you any work from home no matter what the situation is. 5. Doesn't have a proper electricity backup and for net connectivity, you have to use mobile data many times. 6. Some team leaders will call you personally during office hours first and then give you work rather than using the proper channel. 7. The client is the second priority.
