Worst experience working over her. According to them they have service agreement and if we ask them for Copy of Service Agreement which is singh by employees they don't have the right to get the copy of their own agreement. Only Learning phase is good inside cyntexa

It doesn't provide any experience letter and relieving letter for 70-80% of the employee of company.It also makes employees career to the negative side because give the negative reviews inside the termination letter.maximum employees phasing the same issue ,even the employee also have 1.75 yr experience except the training.

They only keep teaching I was in company for 3 months and made me study Salesforce admin then I was made to study service now then I had to give assignment also being a girl in cyntexa is the worst thing as they don't give you personal space and want to check your devices.

I like the flexible timings over here, i can come anytime. Environment is good and chill. I learned a lot. My team is very good and helpful. Everyday I am learning new skills and software (some names are never heard before).
