1. If you have a "boss is always right" then this is the best company many people get promotions based on that. 2. People are very helpful because they know you have signed a bond. 3. Marketing team is amazing, because of that they have a good reputation at least on Instagram.

The list is long: 1. You have to sign a service bond on a legal court paper even if you're an experienced professional. 2. You have to complete 8 hrs in the office and if you missed it by 1-2 mins they'll mark half day. 3. After working for 8 hrs in the office they'll call you to do work at home and you can't say no to that. 4. Doesn't give you any work from home no matter what the situation is. 5. Doesn't have a proper electricity backup and for net connectivity, you have to use mobile data many times. 6. Some team leaders will call you personally during office hours first and then give you work rather than using the proper channel. 7. The client is the second priority. Most Important: ** They trained ASDs, QAs and BAs then BA will make a fake resume with fake experience and then you need to crack the interviews. ** If you're a new joiner then you're not allowed to go on the ground floor otherwise many employees will reveal the brutal reality....Read More

It doesn't provide any experience letter and relieving letter for 70-80% of the employee of company.It also makes employees career to the negative side because give the negative reviews inside the termination letter.maximum employees phasing the same issue ,even the employee also have 1.75 yr experience except the training.

no likes worst CEO with cheap thinking and handling company as a bloating ship kept on track with politics and partiality

everything from Managers with no background into the particular field, wife of CEO is HR manager, friend of CEO is sales director, Sales and Marketing Manager has no experience into either. CTo is an exception from all these people. He is the only good hearted person in the company rest are all kites whom Shrey Sharma is flying high.
