I'm working as a developer at Cyntexa from past 1.5 years and here I got many opportunities to learn and work on multiple projects of different salesforce clouds. It was challenging but also I also got encouragement from my team members and that support helped me to gain skills and improve my personality. Overall good company.

It doesn't provide any experience letter and relieving letter for 70-80% of the employee of company.It also makes employees career to the negative side because give the negative reviews inside the termination letter.maximum employees phasing the same issue ,even the employee also have 1.75 yr experience except the training.

Nothing as such, whatever perks they are providing to an employee that are the common one which every company provides.

Work culture is very toxic, you have to sign a bond of 2 years which says that if you leave the company before 2 years then you have to pay around 2.5-3 lakh rupees, which gives them the power to exploit its employees as they know if an employee wants to leave then he has to give huge money. As soon as bond get over more then 90% employee resign which shows about this company culture and ethics

no likes worst CEO with cheap thinking and handling company as a bloating ship kept on track with politics and partiality

everything from Managers with no background into the particular field, wife of CEO is HR manager, friend of CEO is sales director, Sales and Marketing Manager has no experience into either. CTo is an exception from all these people. He is the only good hearted person in the company rest are all kites whom Shrey Sharma is flying high.
