1. Be careful when it comes to PF (While filling the form) at the time of joining because they never listen to you and provide you the new UAN No. besides you have the previous one and they don't support regarding any issue related to PF. 2. When you leave the job, the organization takes minimum 3 months to provide your resignation/relieving letter. So be careful about that. 3. Appraisal isn't up-to the mark. 4. I would suggest everyone that ask for the written statement for every announcements made by the manager/organization. Because they don't follow what he says. 5, They don't work on the global tools so you learnt nothing when you leave the organization....Read More

The compensation is very less. Higher management is unaware of what is going with associates

Work Details

Work life is ok I would say not so good specially after COVID

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
