Salary n appraisal on time. 5 day working culture. Not required to work on holidays. Job security is always here, you can grow to immense heights if you are willing to. Company gives you ample opportunities besides your repo with your manager.

Dislikes

Work culture poor, no social activities. Talking to employees is discouraged, participating in events is discouraged. No work from home policy in any emergency or bad weather cases.

Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Employees are anti-social. Upper management is least concerned about their team members satisfaction. They treat you like rulers. Managers should be trained to keep up good repo with their team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
