Company s work culture is very good. Top management is very supportive. Rules and policies are very transpafent to employees. Working hour is fixed and 5 days working. Best thing is there is shuttle and lunch facilities provide to employees. There is huge opportunity for growth of career as company is expanding and growing.

* Poor Management (got higher position, not because of talent, but by calling their boss "papa" or "daddy". And everyone knows daddy can't see and hear anything against his son/daughter * HR department is kind of clueless. Only the worst company exists in the market. Management is poor, the CEO is the worst, HR is poor. There is nothing you can praise about this terrible organization. I seriously advise you all to not join this company, especially under Salim or Abhishek Sinha. Salim cannot be a more perverted man. He only looks at women with bad intentions. Only narrow-minded people can survive here, no one else. These people are so terrible that they don't even know how to speak properly or what professional behavior is. That's why they are stuck here, because no other company would even offer them a job. They are trash that can only be kept in a dumpster like Cyfuture. HR is considered lower than their shoes, and they say this themselves. Females get nothing but harassment here, and the irony is that this organization received an award for being the best company for females (bought with money). The police come to this company every day. There are more cases against the owner of this company than probably anyone else. Not only this, but the salary is never on time. I had worked with this company more than 3year, they don't care to Experience people, they just hired people from BPO person and give the authority to handling experience people. No manners to talking to Employees. there is no HR support if employees facing any issue related to management they just saying talk you senior all over there is no HR they hired receptionist. if company want to grow in IT department they fire to Bhuvesh(BPO person)from IT.
