I am working with Cyfuture since 2019.. During my jobs when i was completed my 4 year at my client location, I was forced to resign by Cyfuture management team and again rejoin without any pramotion and increment so that I'll not eligible for Gratuity and any other benifits, also I have to serve 3 months of notice period if I want to leve or change my job from Cyfuture.

Every month their is a salary issue never ever come on time Work culture is potehitic and senior management are not supporting I personally not suggest any one to join this company.

Overtime, They always want to take work in night and Sutureday + Sunday. You are not an enginner just a labor. Chairs and seats are very hard. You cant sit more than 2-3 hours, giving back pain. Whole company and seniors/managers are expertise political and harasses (gulp down your soul and blood and mind). If you late half or an hours then you are an enemy for manages and HR. Seniors members can't leave this company bcz they have no-ability to jumb/swich this company. You cant leave your chair, sit sit sit always forcefully saying your mangers and TL. Cant expect relax your mind even if a very need/want. Very cheap mindset of whole mindset of whole management, managers, and seniors. The managers/VP are always very angry. and looting big money of this company.bcz this is a data-center company. Talented and skilled engineers and employs cant servive/sit in this company. So many office politics happened. Shweta Sighn and Animesh Anand are the worst managers they comment very badly on their team members. Very favouritism kind of work culture if anyone is the favourite of the manager he/she will get a good position in the organization. Worst Work Culture.

* Poor Management (got higher position, not because of talent, but by calling their boss "papa" or "daddy". And everyone knows daddy can't see and hear anything against his son/daughter * HR department is kind of clueless. They don't have correct information about PF, form 16, employee rights, employer rights etc etc etc

I had worked with this company more than 3year, they don't care to Experience people, they just hired people from BPO person and give the authority to handling experience people. No manners to talking to Employees. there is no HR support if employees facing any issue related to management they just saying talk you senior all over there is no HR they hired receptionist. if company want to grow in IT department they fire to Bhuvesh(BPO person)from IT.
