* Poor Management (got higher position, not because of talent, but by calling their boss "papa" or "daddy". And everyone knows daddy can't see and hear anything against his son/daughter * HR department is kind of clueless. They don't have correct information about PF, form 16, employee rights, employer rights etc etc etc

Only the worst company exists in the market. Management is poor, the CEO is the worst, HR is poor. There is nothing you can praise about this terrible organization. I seriously advise you all to not join this company, especially under Salim or Abhishek Sinha. Salim cannot be a more perverted man. He only looks at women with bad intentions. Only narrow-minded people can survive here, no one else. These people are so terrible that they don't even know how to speak properly or what professional behavior is. That's why they are stuck here, because no other company would even offer them a job. They are trash that can only be kept in a dumpster like Cyfuture. HR is considered lower than their shoes, and they say this themselves. Females get nothing but harassment here, and the irony is that this organization received an award for being the best company for females (bought with money). The police come to this company every day. There are more cases against the owner of this company than probably anyone else. Not only this, but the salary is never on time. I am working with Cyfuture since 2019.. During my jobs when i was completed my 4 year at my client location, I was forced to resign by Cyfuture management team and again rejoin without any pramotion and increment so that I'll not eligible for Gratuity and any other benifits, also I have to serve 3 months of notice period if I want to leve or change my job from Cyfuture.

So many office politics happened. Shweta Sighn and Animesh Anand are the worst managers they comment very badly on their team members. Very favouritism kind of work culture if anyone is the favourite of the manager he/she will get a good position in the organization. Worst Work Culture.

I had worked with this company more than 3year, they don't care to Experience people, they just hired people from BPO person and give the authority to handling experience people.
