Internal Politics Less salary Performance is calculated solely based on overtime you work [ also those employees don't get appraisal, only mention in some meeting. may get a kitkat or something like it ] Employees leaving before 3 year treated as criminals. Saw a lot of trainees fired without even a certificate [ after 4/5 month offree work done for company, don't know why keeping the trainees that long just to fire, some were good developers] 1 minute late = half day cut...Read More

There is some Office Politics and Employee Discrimination , more over when you pass the interview and join as an Odoo-Python Developer Trainee without any Stipend or Allowance , there is no guarantee for you they will hire you as an Permanent Employee. I know some of the good skilled Trainees are fired without any training certificate & Experience certificate , luckly I'm also in that list. putting so much pressure on the trainees and spending & working the time for 6 months long and they simply say " you're not Eligible For our Position". i don't know what their really up to.,...Read More
