I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The welcoming approach along with, the support form all the staff and the management are quite pleasing. In addition, the ability to work form home is one of the key benefits that Cybrosys puts forwards.

Dislikes

The remuneration rage and scale is quite low as compared to other firms having similar setup.

Work Details

As a Content Writer at Cybrosys Technologies I am responsible for writing blogs, creating marketing contents, website contents, proofreading existing ones and modify them. Moreover, support the other staff with the content requirement.
