I had extremely disappointing experience with this organization. The management(Specially Team leader and Project Manager) is very unprofessional, the entire team suffers from severe micromanagement. Employees are constantly monitored and criticized for the smallest details which creates the atmosphere of stress and distrust. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly not priority here you should be able to find cockroaches in your table. Disrespectful communication and unprofessional conduct seems to be the norm here. This is not a workplace that values or respects its employees(here they call and treat "Employees" as "Resources" literally). An excellent place start career and grow exponentially, working here for more than 6.5 years. Team leads Malay da & Dip Da are helpful and supportive. On time or before time salary Decent & good hikes and quarterly incentives are good. Free health insurance for family. Quarter meeting parties are fun. No micromanagement.
