Pune location is better than other locations (Hyderabad, Gandhinagar) Good scope to learn new things. Job security - they think twice & thrice before layoff. Good for non-technical people

Dislikes

Variable pay - 10%, they give good hike hardly 10% but no variable - indirectly no hike Lot of amount go as tax, less tax saving options. Promotion - they won't promote real talented people. Lot of scrap we can see

Worst micromanagement, no laptop provided. Strict time tracking. When you are working from home they ask you to use your personal laptop and keep the screen on at all times. Shortfall in hours is deducted from PTO. HRs make you sign a service agreement of 1 year before telling you any benefits during onboarding. If you leave in 1 year you will have to pay 3 months of salary. They have no employee centric policies. Very few client projects , low skilled work, lots of politics. HR team are very good in completing the cybage process. Project execution depends upon Manager work style. Company is good for freshers and experienced not more than 6-8yrs.

Poor appraisal process. If you are working on 11 months and comes on bench during appraisal month. Your appraisal amount will be calculated considering on bench only . Lesser project for the experienced people . If you are having more than 8 yrs ..chances of getting project is less. Last year they gave out really bad appraisals, The new management is micromanaging everything, they are bringing the BPO culture which wasn't here before. everyone wants to leave but 90 days notice period won't let them.

Very good company to work with. Lots of learning opportunities. Company conducts engagement and sports activities throughout the year. Good company for freshers. The coolest thing about Cybage is that employees are treated like family members.

Dislikes

Coming to salary, company will offer good salary package to hire people. But once hired they won't give good hike on next appraisal ( sometimes 0%).
