Apart from HR ABHA communication, with employees everything is good.

HR ABHA, gave me a false information about my full and final settlement. When i asked her, her behaviour not at all good. She is employee engagement HR, but she doesn’t come to office for months and no one ask her why. Worst management.

Nothing as such. I did not work here, but I worked for Sugarfit, since my company was using their infra I had to connect with them to get things done.

Dislikes

People of data engineering and analytics do not used to reply, some people used to reply after a month with bad excuses. Not sure why this was the case but this affected my work and journey. If this happens with you don't keep this to yourself contact their manager and be shameless to report such cases.

People are not very attentive , no training or basic going through your work kind of thing , if you are having hard time understanding the work don’t expect someone from you team come and help you out as everyone is extremely busy . Extremely competitive environment, your work abilities get evaluated quickly if you are not upto the mark there is no second chance , you get thrown to low rank team .
