Hire & fire culture! High job insecurity! Leadership is not at all sensitive towards people. Managers follow biased style of working. No investment in people for their learning & growth. Favouritism overplays! I faced betrayal and injustice!

Too much frequent changes in leadership which effects new strategies and culture with every now and then. HR is dummy. Never interact with middle or lower management team. Boring work culture. Routine work

The higher management is interested only in 3-4 people with whom the party and are only interested in their favourite people 's development and promotions no matter what they are doing. Good people are getting irritated and i have seen many people leaving the organisation. Higher management siting out of India should connect with employees and take a skip level.

nothing good at cummins , only high level politics the higher management level people are just sitting on position and they only who speaks bold , celebrity type in upfront but has nothing technical know;edge. Only diversity , they need only 95 % women. Gender biased politics for opportunities over capabilities under the name of diversity. 90% new opportunities were fixed before releasing the position. If you applied, you will get a mail as "regret to inform you" sometimes without interviews... doesn't matter whether you are capable, eligible and dedicated for it. Management plays dirty politics to promote their candidates which can deeply demotivate you. Minimum new learning opportunities- You need to work same activities for over and over years.
