You can learn as much as you want. (But balancing your assigned task) You may get nice increments (But you have to keep your manager happy)

Dislikes

No on job training, lot of politics in management. Not so good company for girl employees as they consider you less responsible once you get married or even before that too. (There is not a single woman manager or woman working in higher management. Even the senior HR is not a woman. There are no fixed hours it's flexible so you have to stretch as much as your employer wants. It may be 10am to 10pm or even next 5am You can't put your complaints Infront of HR coz they are biased for you, they only listen to one side and it's never you it's higher management. Don't expect an increment unless you have good repo with the managers, it's not your work that counts. No job security. You can get the call anytime saying we don't need you and you'll not get a chance to explain what gone wrong. Only managers are listened and not normal employees....Read More

It was horrible. I was open to learn the things spending my extra time, and it made me learner and not professional for them. My increments were stopped 2 times as they thought I'm learning and they should give it to someone who know the things already.
