There is no positive feedback on this company. All are negative things.

Testing manager does not know to retain efficient employees and providing less hikes in the company. Its waste of time your work and career. Actually 50% of employees are Director relatives. For that reason only they are surviving in this company. otherwise they wont fit for the corresponding positions. You need to work extra hoursalso but they wont provide extra money also for that work. Only top level people are benefited in this company....Read More

I get to work with the latest technologies and equipment that are available out there, I now work on multiple projects in each day, which will help me in picking up various business needs from customers. Cubic has peoples from different cultural background, this helps me to learn, think and understand different perspectives.

Dislikes

Compensation could be better from my point of view. The probation period is a mandatory 6 months here, which is a bit high in my opinion.
