I don't see any good signs there.

Dislikes

It is a family-based company. There is no procedure to work there. It looks like there's a provision store there. There is no set time for work. There is a lot of abuse of employment there, from the top down. You won't find any quality product there. There is no proper certification, everything is based on a lie.

Cubic is an Small Scale Unit, managed well with 3 to 4 customers base and keeping high Customer satisfaction as the Moto of the company. Having dedicated employees Cubic tries its best to get sufficient Customer orders to keep things moving.

Dislikes

There is no such things which creates disliking working at Cubic.

Work Details

Very small unit with 3 to 4 customer base is not with much workload. Location of the factory in Mysore is very good for children education and can live an happy and stress free life but without Vigor.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
