Senior leaders behave like tyrant with teams, use abusive language. Managers use regional language during formal meetings. Appraisal takes 2-3 months, filthy process, no transparency. Not an inclusive culture

The organization has given me growth, respect, and a fulfilling career, and I appreciate the management for that. They helped me develop leadership skills, which led to my current position. Working on modern tech projects keeps me interested. Leading a motivated team is satisfying and eases my workload. I've been here for almost 2 years, and we have some really passionate and smart people on our team, including our team lead and manager. Their experience and knowledge have been incredibly helpful. Our seniors are always available when we need them and respond quickly. I've always felt comfortable and at ease working here. Its for sure the best place to work.

Whenever needed, you might have to switch between multiple tasks.

This place has sparked my creativity. I get many opportunities to learn and work with the latest technologies. Im constantly challenged to grow and improve, and the companys commitment to staying current with technology keeps me motivated to tackle new projects.

I feel, some internal processes could benefit from better streamlining. Apart from that, I dont see any concerns or issues.

The work environment allows for purposeful and effective work. My relationship with management has been fruitful. Theres freedom to implement practical and effective ideas. Relationships with other managers are professional and positive. I see this workplace as a progressive work place.

It feels good to work in such a nice company with great colleagues, supportive seniors; zero office politics. The HR team is also very friendly and organizes special events for us in the office.

Working in CtrlS is a hell. They will pay you your expected CTC to attract you. Once you join them, you will not get proper seating also. It is full of favouritism and biasedness. Here, you will be only doing work which is irrelevant to your experience. Either you will be cleaning others kachra work or you will be doing pending works. I am working here since 3+ years now, and so far it’s been a great experience. The company has built a huge reputation and am glad for the opportunities given. I like the open and friendly work culture. I joined a few months back and everything from my onboarding to training went smoothly. The seniors are very nice, approachable and guide-like mentors. Till now what I have seen, the work-life balance is also perfect. We even get the flexibility to work from home depending on projects.

The company has developed tools to automate employee-related tasks. We use tools for efficient internal communication. Quality of work and performance are prioritized. We have a well-organized performance appraisal system where superiors focus on genuine growth and development of each employee, not just promotions or raises. Its a great place to work, I must say.
