Work environment is really good and I worked under the scientist means now I can work under pressure. Their strategy of thinking and methods to do work is really different. I developed my critical thinking skill and time management skill their. I got the kno about how to work as a project engineer or design engineer. What are the parameters necessary to design. I learnt practical Engineering skills from CSIR-NAL. Learnt how to work constantly, how to focus and how to work effectively in any organization. I polished my Engineering knowledge and skills and research paper writing skills. My guide really help me a lot from root. After working in CSIR-NAL, I can work in any department because I got all the skillset what is required for any industry. It's a good place to start your career. You can access licensed version softwares and it's good place to grow technically.

When I joined here, the project was almost at the end so, our team worked day and night to make the project successfull. But we didn't get job extension . Anyway working in CSIR-NAL is a good experience to me.
