Work environment is really good and I worked under the scientist means now I can work under pressure. Their strategy of thinking and methods to do work is really different. I developed my critical thinking skill and time management skill their. I got the kno about how to work as a project engineer or design engineer. What are the parameters necessary to design. I learnt practical Engineering skills from CSIR-NAL. Learnt how to work constantly, how to focus and how to work effectively in any organization. I polished my Engineering knowledge and skills and research paper writing skills. My guide really help me a lot from root. After working in CSIR-NAL, I can work in any department because I got all the skillset what is required for any industry. I learnt design, Simulation, analysis, optimization, MS Excel, Opensim software, Email Etiquettes, Time management, Critical thinking skills, Decision making skill, Communication skills, workplace communication, Design skills, Presentation Skills, practical Engineering experience. I placed my gratitude in the footsteps of my guide and colleagues whose help me a lot to learn each and every thing.

There is nothing to dislike. Everything is really good for Fresher and experience candidates.

It's a good place to start your career. You can access licensed version softwares and it's good place to grow technically.

Dislikes

When I joined here, the project was almost at the end so, our team worked day and night to make the project successfull. But we didn't get job extension . Anyway working in CSIR-NAL is a good experience to me.

Dislikes

Visible difference in treatment between permanent and contract basis employees. Overtime working for contract basis employees. No benefits for contract basis employees. No phones allowed, no internet.

Csir Nal is a place there where they discriminate employes based on their tag. There is no value for a contract employee. They are not taking any precautionary measures to employees. Instead of assigning roster duty, they are making people to come and work. Company provides zero insurance.

Discrimination should stop among permanent and Cobtract employees.
