You get to learn a lot. Get to work on new technologies. Good place to work(mindspace).

Whatever you learn, you will not be able to retain. They keep switching the technologies. They will ask you learn learn one thing one day and will ask you to learn another just the day after. They play too many games to save money. Make sure you ask your in hand salary before joining. I'll go ahead and say don't even join them. You will waste whatever years you spend here.

I got retained to this company as the offered better salary but they didn't send me any formal official mail with discussed Fixed CTC. Also after getting retained in every 3-4 days my manager shouts on me in every scrum call kind of mental torcher. Also they don't provide their company laptop to candidates who are not from Mumbai. They installed so firewall blocking application Indefend in your personal pc which can't able to access any website for learning purpose and not allowed to attend personal WebEx , skype and zoom meetings. Their IT team don't help you properly for troubleshooting in your personal laptop. Work load for full stack developers is too much even in weekends they have to work. They assign lots of stories in 1 sprint in JIRA to developers and when they couldn't able to complete they blame developers due to your irresponsibility we could able to achieve sprint goals...Read More

Management is so bad, hr behaves as so busy without helping employees. There will be terrible load on the employees and management doesn’t care about it. Management is so poor and it’s not helpful to employee growth.
