They do not contribute to the name of Tata, they only take advantage of it. No timely employee confirmation, The HRs has already taken 4-5 yet no complete payment done even after complete assets submission, Poor level of politics(especially in the VAS department by the manager and HR head as well), The floor-level employees get no value and often being pressurized with haywire reasons, these floor-level employees only keep on expressing themselves, UNHEARD! They never clear your role as they are unaware of it and the manager doesn't support initiatives unless you agree to credit them for your efforts and skills, I had escalated the payment issue to the CEO yet only a meeting has taken place in a month since escalation and no action post that. Pathetic behavior by Manager and HR on leaving the company....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
