A company that rather than understanding employees being genuinely ill still wants them to work to the extent where unscheduled absenteeism can be biggest reasons for not getting confirm... And where the HR very lightly rather than being concerned says employees don't cometomorrow to trouble us.... Also saying comment that employee is doing acting of illness...
