Nothing. Extreme pressure there is nothing like worthly. They have been booking loss & buying inventory which is not saleable. Brand KAMs are relatives of Buying team being favourable for them. Buying in appliances is additional inventory to fulfill Brands target. this was being done till 2022. Later finally company rules got strict. Make employees work for long hours and no comp offs. Company CEO is unpredicatable keeps changing the excel file requirement. People on leave are made to work....Read More
