The way groups are formed and manager support if you are local and know shortcuts to hoodwink clients...non locals get hell

Dislikes

Racism, bullying, groupism...lack of company policies and unwillingness to act on serious complaints...pay discrimination too

Opaque and filled with loopholes. Company policies are misused by managers to suit their needs. Career growth non existent. This is about Chennai office.

Dislikes

Managers in Chennai aren't monitored, which means an unethical manager gets freehand to do whatever suits him, often leading to bullying, bias and unethical behaviour. Even financial/career discrimination against non-tamilians. HR and senior mgmt close their eyes to such problems.

Poor environment for non-tamilians in some teams in Chennai. Lot of undue stress.
