In India, CrimsonLogic is not a Product based company, neither have standards of service based. Worst Managers as they are staying in company for more than 15+yrs they threatens to employs and make their life hell, no login and logout timings so they make us to work more than 12hrs per day especially when it is WFH, no weekends, expects to be available for 24X7 in Teams. Expects to think only about project, rest of your personal life should be ignored. Plans migration activities especially in weekends and public holidays and makes us to be available for support. Work life balance is not good. No learning curve with new framework. No agile workflow. Team wants quick deliveries. Managers force to work on weekends. Management: Not interested to bother about employees work life balance, they just need the work to be done. They prefer people who does work over time and weekends to impress them rather than someone who finishes of their work by time. Learning curve: they have built a tool which is being used only by them. So 0 learning oppurtunity. Most of the projects are having very old technologies. There is nothing to like, it's a jail. Only salary is satisfactory.

Dislikes

There is no job security. You can be fired for no reason, like if your product does not sell well in market. The upper management are insensitive to employee's situations. You have to mandatorily spend 9 hours everyday in office. You get a warning (read threatening) if you spend 1 minute extra in washroom. I had a horrible experience with this company, they have awful work culture and rude employees and managers, i had no choice but to leave the company in 6 months, no policies and big cheats.

Dislikes

Everything starting from their projects to the work culture, we have to come all 7 days of the week with no comp off's and on top of that we stayed late everyday not at all supportive management. I do not recommend anyone to join this company.
