Regarding your concern about our compensation metrics, please be assured that our pay-out metrics have been designed after extensive market research and are in line with industry standards. In fact, with our rewarding salary payout system, Crimsonites can get paid twice a month! Apart from monthly salary, there is a regular flow of finances through annual bonus, performance incentives, and appraisals. You will be glad to know that, unlike many other companies, we ensured timely bonuses and appraisals during the current pandemic as well.
