Not much to like apart from the comapny is related to sports

Dislikes

Heavy work pressure!! If you are working in CT you will need to forget your personal life,shift timings will be random,pay will be less even if your work from office,no extra compensation for extra hours of work They will give you to handle random betting site page(clients) on the name of crictracker which gets 0 zero engagement no matter how good the content you post or create

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
