The work environment is good. There is no micro management. The projects are decent. The management and HR is good . At least they are trying to do things for employees unlike many other companies. They gave good appraisal in this economy while my previous company gave 0% hike.

The only thing I like is that, you're free to work any where. You're not required to sit at your desk and do your task.

1. NO actual development work is there. They just try to fool the customer. 2. NO work life balance. Manager pressurise to work after hours and expect us to be on time in morning as well. NO OverTime is provided. 3.Appraisal rating criteria is the worst. If you're doing your job perfectly they will rate you 3 out of 5, as you're just doing your job. Unfortunately I am moving to the US after working at CDS for 2 years. I would not have left if it was not the move. I loved every bit of it. the work environment and work culture and management and HR is all very good. It is a great first job and I learnt so much. I would strongly recommend CDS.

Company is going strong in this economy. I ave been working here for 3 year. It is very employee friendly company. Work environment is very flexible. There is no micro mgmt. There is a lot of flexibility on WFH and loan and other perks. The only criteria is that you have to perform.

I love working at CDS. The company runs with right intentions, ethics, people oriented, flexibility, merit based organization. Some people I see are spreading such bad news with pathetic mindset and no knowledge of how it works in other companies. I love the company. It a is a best choice. you will not regret it

I have worked in 3 companies before. I found CDS to be the most flexible, work life balance, very supportive and good customer company. The teammates and managers are nice. The least politics and very supportive enviroment.

AI learning is great. There are a lot of things happening in the organization to try and learn upcoming future. Happy to work for a company who can invest in future, pay well and take care of the employees
