It is am amazing company, fun environment, no micro management and entire leadership is very supportive of people. They take care of employees manage their work life balance very well. I have been here for 2 years and this is much much much better then the previous Pune companies that I have worked for. I am happy for this decision.

I have been working here for 3.5 years. I have only good thing to say about this company. The work culture is young and vibrant. There is no micro management. There is a lot of freedom to work and play. The customers are good and management is good as long as you perform. I liked my time working here.

Whole organization depend on few projects of service based, till now from the beginning of crest no any product based project is part, only depends on service based projects which can be a no longer future or no longer partnerships.

Unfortunately I am moving to the US after working at CDS for 2 years. I would not have left if it was not the move. I loved every bit of it. the work environment and work culture and management and HR is all very good. It is a great first job and I learnt so much. I would strongly recommend CDS.

Company is going strong in this economy. I ave been working here for 3 year. It is very employee friendly company. Work environment is very flexible. There is no micro mgmt. There is a lot of flexibility on WFH and loan and other perks. The only criteria is that you have to perform.

I am loving the culture. Very flexible, transparent and no micro management. There is definitely a lot of focus on delivery and customer but if you do your job right, you will grow significantly faster then others. Projects are decent. All customers are US so there is definitely good work culture.

The work environment is good. There is no micro management. The projects are decent. The management and HR is good . At least they are trying to do things for employees unlike many other companies. They gave good appraisal in this economy while my previous company gave 0% hike.

I love working at CDS. The company runs with right intentions, ethics, people oriented, flexibility, merit based organization. Some people I see are spreading such bad news with pathetic mindset and no knowledge of how it works in other companies. I love the company. It a is a best choice. you will not regret it

Crest data systems has only cyber security projects. Work life balance and it is totally dependent on project.

Dislikes

Crest data systems hire the employee when they have critical requirements and then fire. So it is hire and fire. Crest data systems main client is splunk and most of projects on security domains. Few projects start from the scratch mostly maintenance projects. There was no job security they have recently fired 120 employees. There is lot of politics in Business unit.
