Environment was not good. They are doing part in Hindus and Muslim. They are not allowing in Ramzan for Iftar. You never know how priorities works, but if you work over here, you know each and everything.

Totally, I have 4 to 5 years experience in banking line, but in Dcb Bank, this is my worst experience. I have worked in DC Bank. Why not good manager, not good team leader not supportive. They do Hindus Muslim, I will never suggest to anyone to work in Dcb Bank special in Mumbai contact Centre location

Employees put a efforts working more to give good service delivery to customers and but employee growth is very poor , branch banking operations salaries are very poor I’m working last 3.5years my salary increased 2500/- only Everything linked with another employee mistakes and wrong amendments and wrong queries

I borrow a loan when I employed here. And after one emi bouncing charges hit in account and I cleared overdue, but charges can't stopped hitting 40k approx. No anyone help for this like HR,Senior Manager, State head. It's very embracing for me, therefore I resigned from this org but 3 months Notice period they recovered all loan amount and no salary been credited that time.

No work life balance Late night meeting in office till 10 pm Bank issue PIP in every 3 month. All day senior asking for resign. Now CASA AQUISITION channel is close and many appraisal and promotion are shutdown. Even I also resign finding a job without my fault. After closing channel they PIP to all and stop ther promotion. Whole department even senior management finding a job. Even mera manager to convince approve krwa kr paise wapas l leta tha. In DCB Bank 9 months are very critical. I suggest to all plz don't work with dcb Bank. They spoil my future also....Read More
