Salary part is good that's fixed. Very rare chances in deduction. Job role was good / easy.

Toxic work culture. Few uneducated are ruling the company. They are working there for 15-20 years. They don't have single skill to get a new job thats why they are here. Only 1 skill they have that's shouting. Hr seems like receptionist. She dont have any info or power to take your side. She will take your side on call. In front ofthe management she become a gadhi and behave like the same. If you don't have any self respect or huge tolerance level then you can survive otherwise not.
