Had good managers but the top management is nonsensical.

The CTO(Happy in hindi) is crazy, has hired and fired hundreds to keep financial numbers up or down and to hide his incompetence. The company is playing with people's careers by hiring and firing fast. To much of directionless micromanagement even on associate level. Super misogynistic.

Work From Home. Managers are too good just if they don't listen to one person. Leads are also cool

Nothing new to learn now. Only one person is so much annoying and he is at very higher post thus have to listen to him. Always fear when can i get a call from HR and say this is you last month.

No job security, no training, everything is dependent upon your manager even if they are biased towards you there is no one else to give feedback. If any thing goes wrong your lead or manager will not feel shame in blaming it all upon you. Everyday you can be threatened to be fired, and all of a sudden without any prior intimation they call fire you. Director involves in each & every day task. Job security not there as they can fired u in one day. Mismanagement between management & manager cost resources increment & job. They don't have proper project. Also director favorite quote for resources "we are spending too much money on you then u have to work or else go".
