They are not professional and have very bad experience

- Very Poor Management and No work ethics - They removed my account without any notice and they have not paid my salary I am not sure where can I find help. I have been cheated. I informed HR (Prachi) that she is not responding to my emails. I have also looped the CEO (Shrikant) they are not replying. - They won't pay a salary for the work done. - Stop Scamming people and please respond to the email. - if they claim this as a false allegation then I have proof of email conversation I have valid records. Please try to be professional with your employees and stop cheating them without paying salary....Read More

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
